• How do I benefit?

Harbour Results, Inc. provides summary results to all who complete the surveys. These results provide up-to-date information enabling better business decisions. In addition, the survey data is aggregated into Harbour IQ, which allows users to see trends and information over time. To get the full benefit and all available information, subscribe to Harbour IQ.

• How do I complete my survey?

You should have received an email containing a link to our survey system and the specific survey you were asked to complete. If you cannot find that invitation email, or are having technical difficulties, please contact support@harbourresultscsas.com

• Who sees my data?

Harbour Results, Inc. does not share personally identifiable data with anyone without permission. Individual’s data is aggregated with others to create consolidated views, for instance to create the output from surveys.
These consolidated views may be shared with suppliers, customers and other industry participants.

• When do I get my results?

All responses go through a validation process to ensure answers are correct and make sense based on the survey questions. Surveys must be compiled, and the results analyzed to create insightful output. Depending on survey length, population size, and complexity, analysis and results can take as long as four to six weeks.
